Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience
• Graduate from relevant university departments,
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Finance, Technology, or Software sectors,
• Capable of defining department needs, streamlining workflows, and managing business processes,
• Knowledgeable in requirement analysis, detailing, and adapting to systems,
• Able to support integration, functional, performance, and user acceptance testing,
• Proactive, able to work collaboratively with software, technical, and operational teams,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and system development skills,
• Solution-oriented, excellent communication skills, responsible, eager to learn, research, and continuously improve,
• Able to plan, prioritize tasks effectively, and be results-driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools,
• Agile experience (SCRUM/Kanban).
